For Management positions, the ideal candidates must have the capacity to participate as a member of the management team and have good organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess a recognized qualification in a relevant field.

For Shop level positions, the ideal candidates need to have good attention to detail with excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be well spoken. In addition, you must be vibrant, energetic and have good interpersonal skills with a warm disposition, keen to learn new skills and be willing to work long hours and weekends and public holidays.
